Staircase + Deck Rebuild

This project was incredibly rewarding. The client had a deck and staircase that both needed significant repairs. The staircase had sunk over time due to shallow footing, and the deck boards had rotted. With a limited budget, the client couldn’t afford to start anew, so we opted to rebuild each section to match the surrounding areas. We reinforced all the framing and used new materials and paint to ensure the repairs looked seamless and cohesive. Additionally, we leveled the pavers and enhanced the hardscaping, making the area more attractive.
